Sapience, Inc is seeking an experienced EDI IBM Sterling Integrator (v5.2.6 or higher) Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise‑level EDI/B2B solutions for its US operations. The role offers a fixed salary of $79,671.21.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, testing, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
• Maintain, support, and monitor IBM Sterling Commerce applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts and external partners to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain integration maps, trading partner profiles, and communication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP, etc.).
• Perform root‑cause analysis of integration issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials for internal teams.
• Stay current with IBM Sterling releases and industry best practices, recommending upgrades and optimizations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator (v5.2.6 or later).
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML) and B2B communication protocols.
