Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in the Illinois Medical District, Chicago. This role focuses on customer retention and expansion analytics within the Revenue Operations Global Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and dashboards to improve gross and net retention, churn mitigation, and renewal execution.
• Partner with sales, finance, and product teams to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue durability.
• Analyze post‑sale data to identify expansion opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple sources and ensure high‑quality reporting standards.
• Present findings to senior leadership and influence data‑driven decision making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in revenue operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong statistical modeling, forecasting, and churn analysis expertise.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
