Job Summary

Verint Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director, Enterprise Applications (Oracle) to lead its Oracle‑based enterprise solutions team in Grandview Heights, Franklin County, US. This senior role drives strategy, implementation, and optimization of mission‑critical Oracle applications supporting Customer Experience automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for all Oracle enterprise applications, aligning technology with Verint’s CX automation strategy.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of architects, developers, and analysts to design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
• Oversee migration, integration, and upgrade projects, including Oracle Cloud transitions and hybrid deployments.
• Establish governance, best practices, and KPIs for application health, availability, and user adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Develop and mentor talent, fostering a culture of innovation, diversity, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present executive‑level reports on project status, ROI, and risk mitigation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale Oracle enterprise applications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and related middleware.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar budgets and delivering projects on time and under budget.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and modern integration patterns (APIs, ESB, micro‑services).
