Job Summary

Northbridge Financial Corporation is seeking a Director Contact to lead its Contact department in Mississauga, Peel region. This senior role oversees daily operations, drives strategic vision and ensures exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Contact team, setting goals and performance standards.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support sales enquiries and new exposure opportunities.
