Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in the installation, inspection, and maintenance of stairlifts, platform lifts, and small elevators.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and safety checks on accessibility equipment.
• Document work orders, service reports, and parts used in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to OSHA and local safety regulations.
• Participate in the company’s certification pathway, progressing toward factory certification and state licensing.
• Provide courteous customer service, explaining system operation and maintenance tips to end‑users.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical or mechanical coursework is a plus.
• Prior experience in elevator, lift, or related mechanical service preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; ability to travel within the Baltimore‑DC metro area.
• Ability to lift 50 lb, work at heights, and use hand and power tools safely.
