Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand Cardinal Health’s specialty pharmacy market share.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage payer contracts and provider agreements that align with corporate revenue goals.
• Collaborate with clinical, data analytics, and reimbursement teams to create value‑based solutions for biotechnology and specialty pharmaceutical partners.
• Lead a high‑performing business development team, setting targets, coaching staff, and monitoring performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmacy, biotech, or pharmaceutical business development.
• Proven track record of closing high‑value contracts and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally (approximately 25% of the time).
