Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital communication strategies that align with brand voice and business goals.
• Own end‑to‑end email marketing campaigns, from copywriting and design to segmentation and performance analysis.
• Manage website content updates, SEO optimization, and landing‑page creation in collaboration with web developers.
• Plan, schedule, and curate social media content across platforms, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
• Monitor analytics, generate regular performance reports, and adjust tactics to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Coordinate with product, design, and sales teams to integrate new product launches and lifestyle initiatives into digital channels.
• Stay current on cannabis industry regulations, digital trends, and platform best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in consumer‑focused or regulated industries.
• Proven expertise in email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), CMS tools, and social media management suites.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills with an eye for design.
