Job Summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a native Polish speaker to join its Data Quality Analytics team in Tarrytown, Travis County, US. This 6‑month contract role focuses on reviewing, labeling and analysing Polish content to improve data quality for global products.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and label large volumes of Polish language data to meet accuracy standards.
• Analyze data patterns, identify errors and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineers, product managers and linguists.
• Document findings and maintain quality metrics dashboards.
• Provide feedback to training and model‑building teams to enhance AI‑driven products.

Required Qualifications

• Native‑level proficiency in Polish and fluent English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Experience with data annotation, QA processes or linguistic research preferred.
• Comfortable using annotation tools, spreadsheets and basic data‑analysis software.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.

Contract Details
