Job Summary
Rose International is seeking a Data Labeling Analyst for a hybrid role in Austin, Texas. Work three days onsite in downtown Austin and two days remotely, supporting trust & safety operations for a leading tech client.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality data annotation and labeling tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and flag graphic or objectionable content according to policy guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine labeling guidelines and improve workflow efficiency.
- Analyze labeling metrics using Excel and basic SQL queries to generate performance reports.
- Participate in on‑call support, working 11 am–7 pm or 10 am–6 pm Central Time, 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Online Operations, or related tech‑industry roles.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic SQL for data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with potentially sensitive content.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
