Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of data‑center construction projects, ensuring electrical and low‑voltage scopes are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present status reports, change orders, and documentation for stakeholder review.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment specific to electrical and low‑voltage installations.
- Resolve technical issues, coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with industry codes and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience in data‑center or large‑scale IT infrastructure environments.
- Proven expertise in electrical systems, low‑voltage cabling, power distribution, and backup power solutions.
- Strong knowledge of NEC, IEC, and local building codes.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to travel to multiple data‑center sites as required.
