Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and oversee multi‑disciplinary cybersecurity programs from concept through operational launch.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity program or project management, preferably within government, defence or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale security initiatives on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of national security frameworks, allied intelligence cooperation, and enterprise resilience standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
