About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive school counseling services to students across Pearson’s virtual schools, including academic planning, social‑emotional support, and college‑career guidance.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create individualized student support plans.
- Develop and maintain career exploration resources, workshops, and virtual events aligned with state standards.
- Analyze student data to identify trends, intervene early, and report outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in School Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits
