About This Position
Job Summary
Zoom is seeking a CX Partner Implementation Success Manager in the United States to lead a team of Technical Partner Advisors. This role drives partner‑led implementations, customer adoption, and long‑term retention across Zoom’s Customer Experience portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of ZCX Partner Technical Advisors.
- Define and execute regional strategy for partner‑led contact‑center, virtual‑agent, and workforce‑engagement implementations.
- Collaborate with partners to design, deploy, and optimize Zoom CX solutions for enterprise customers.
- Monitor adoption metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure customer success and retention.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate cross‑functional resources.
- Report on performance, pipeline health, and ROI to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Proven people‑management experience, preferably in a technical or customer‑experience environment.
- Deep expertise in contact‑center platforms, virtual agents, and workforce engagement management.
- Strong track record of delivering large‑scale implementations and driving customer adoption.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Compensation
Base salary: $235,726.86 per year.
