Construction Project Manager

Actalent is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to act as the owner’s representative for large‑scale commercial builds, primarily multifamily, in Benson, Douglas County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple ground‑up construction projects from permitting through close‑out, ensuring they meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, general contractors, and subcontractors, negotiating contracts and change orders.
• Coordinate all permitting processes, approvals, and inspections with local authorities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk‑management plans.
• Monitor on‑site progress, conduct regular site visits, and produce status reports for stakeholders.
• Implement safety and compliance standards in line with OSHA and local regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing large commercial or multifamily construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets of $5M+ and deliver projects on time.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple sites within the region.
