Join The Revenue Group as a Collections Agent, working remotely from New Zealand with a start date of 6 July 2026. Earn $15 per hour plus a monthly bonus of $200‑$1,000, with a total annual salary of $31,200.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email and text to arrange payment of overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Negotiate payment plans that meet both client and customer needs.
• Meet daily and weekly collection targets while adhering to compliance and privacy regulations.
• Escalate complex cases to senior supervisors when required.
