Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling and turning equipment to produce precision components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CNC programs, and work orders to ensure accurate part production.
• Perform in‑process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMM equipment to maintain quality standards.
• Adjust tooling, offsets, and machine parameters to optimize cycle time and material usage.

Requirements

• Basic math skills and proficiency with measurement tools.
• Excellent problem‑solving attitude and ability to work both 1st (5:00 am‑3:00 pm) and 2nd (2:45 pm‑12:45 am) shifts on a 4×10 schedule.
• Valid US work authorization.
