About This Position

Job Summary

Airlock Digital is hiring a Sr. Sales Engineer based in New York, US (remote). This senior technical sales role blends deep product expertise with consultative selling to help enterprise customers secure their applications against malware and ransomware.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the full sales cycle for Airlock’s application control and allowlisting solutions, from discovery through closing.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and proof‑of‑concepts tailored to enterprise security teams.
  • Collaborate with account executives, product managers, and engineering to craft winning proposals and address customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑level and security decision‑makers across North America.
  • Provide post‑sale technical onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure customer success and adoption.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to position Airlock’s value proposition.
  • Contribute to sales enablement materials, best‑practice guides, and internal knowledge bases.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical sales or pre‑sales engineering experience in cybersecurity, preferably with application control, allowlisting, or endpoint protection solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of malware, ransomware, and modern threat‑vector mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems; familiarity with scripting or automation is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
