Center for Family Health and Education is hiring an Executive Nurse – Clinical Operations Manager in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. This senior leadership role oversees clinical operations across multiple sites, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate clinical operations across all affiliated healthcare facilities.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality‑improvement initiatives.
- Manage budgets, staffing models, and resource allocation to meet operational targets.
- Oversee provider performance, credentialing, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive project management for system‑wide initiatives, including EMR integration and workflow optimisation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align clinical strategy with organisational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce regular operational reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current RN license (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of progressive clinical leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing multi‑site clinical operations in a healthcare setting.
- Strong project‑management skills; PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Knowledge of California healthcare regulations, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.
- Master’s degree in Nursing Administration, Health Services Management, or related field is highly desirable.
Compensation
Salary range: $70,787.09 – $70,787.09 per year.
