Dreamscape Learn is seeking a motivated Client Success Intern in Culver City, Los Angeles County. This unpaid internship (course‑credit only) offers hands‑on experience with SaaS account management, VR hardware deployment, and user adoption for universities and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Shadow the Client Success team to learn how Dreamscape supports higher‑education partners.
• Assist with onboarding and training of university staff on immersive VR technology.
• Help track adoption metrics and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
• Participate in hardware installation planning and coordinate with technical teams.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant college program (e.g., Business, Education, Technology, or related field) and eligible for course credit.
