Job Summary

ASZ Caring Hearts Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist / Home Health Aide in Oakland Park, Broward County. This part‑time role combines front‑desk duties with supportive care for children and adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage appointments in both English and Spanish.
• Provide basic home health aide support, including assistance with mobility, personal care, and medication reminders.
• Maintain accurate client records and update scheduling software.
• Coordinate with caregivers, therapists, and families to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and general office organization.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends as required.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in a receptionist or home health aide role preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Open availability for a 24‑hour rotating part‑time schedule.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or HHA certification is a plus.
