Channel Account Manager

KnowHireMatch is hiring a Channel Account Manager to drive sales of copier solutions across the Mid‑West region, working remotely from Louisville, Jefferson County, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new reseller partners while nurturing existing relationships.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to provide partners with training, demos, and support.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust tactics.
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and virtual trade shows.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in copier, printing or digital imaging solutions.
• Proven track record of managing indirect/channel sales and achieving quota.
• Strong technical aptitude to discuss product specifications and integration.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated remote work capability with reliable internet connection.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling to the United States, Latin America or Caribbean markets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $70,000 – $104,000 annually, plus commission and performance bonuses. Full‑time remote position with health, dental, vision benefits, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
