TopView Sightseeing is seeking a dynamic Brand Ambassador/Server to join its expanding Tea Around Town Chicago experience. This full‑time role combines high‑energy guest service with brand promotion in Chicago, Cook County, USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders, and deliver exceptional service during tea tours and events.
• Act as the face of TopView Sightseeing, sharing brand stories and ensuring a memorable experience for tourists and locals.
• Promote upcoming tours, merchandise, and special offers to increase sales and repeat visitation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the service area and transportation vehicles.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate schedules, inventory, and guest feedback.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, adhering to company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required.
• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or brand ambassador roles preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lb, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits
