Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly sales targets while upholding AO Group’s high standards of service and compliance.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, claims and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in financial services, benefits, or insurance – preferably remote.
  • Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
  • Self‑motivated, able to organise a home office and manage a full pipeline independently.
  • Strong computer literacy; proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office and video‑conferencing tools.
  • NZ residency or the right to work remotely for a US‑based company.
