Key Responsibilities

• Answer and qualify incoming phone, email and chat leads from the dealership’s digital channels.
• Follow up promptly with prospects, schedule test drives and service appointments, and nurture relationships through the sales funnel.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, update customer information and track lead status daily.
• Collaborate with sales consultants to ensure a seamless hand‑off of qualified opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly key performance indicators such as contact rate, appointment set rate, and internet‑to‑sale conversion.
