TE Connectivity is seeking a Vice President of Product Management, Pricing, and Systems Application Engineering to lead product strategy for TE Sensors in North Carolina, US.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps for high‑growth markets such as Industrial, Medical, Automotive, and Aerospace, Defense & Marine.
• Drive pricing strategies and margin optimization across the sensor portfolio.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, marketers, and sales to deliver innovative sensing solutions.
• Establish governance for product lifecycle management, from concept through end‑of‑life.
• Partner with customers and industry partners to capture market trends and technology opportunities.
• Mentor senior product managers and build a high‑performing product organization.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience in sensors, electronics, or related high‑tech industries.
• Proven track record of launching successful products and managing complex pricing models.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
