Job Summary
Oracle is seeking an Architect, Agentic Engineering, OCI to join its software engineering team in Mongmong, Mongmong‑Toto‑Maite, US. This role focuses on designing, developing, and debugging OCI‑based software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot software programs for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, databases, applications, and tooling.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scopes, specifications, and architectural standards.
- Lead the creation and evolution of best‑practice guidelines, coding standards, and development procedures.
- Provide technical consultation and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring alignment with Oracle’s product direction.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic product enhancements within approved roadmaps.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with cloud platforms and OCI.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go, and solid understanding of database systems.
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with micro‑services architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Oracle certifications or prior work on OCI services.
- Background in performance tuning, security hardening, and disaster‑recovery planning.
Compensation
Annual salary: $159,093.78
