Key Responsibilities

• Assist the manager in overseeing all aspects of the Aisles Online fulfillment center, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Direct and schedule hourly labor, monitor productivity, and adjust staffing to meet demand.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service throughout the workflow.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (store, inventory, customer service) to resolve issues quickly.
