Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant (Canada Summer Jobs) position is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Scarborough, Toronto, Ontario, supporting the Youth Development & Education department for the June‑August 2026 summer period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Children Program Coordinator, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant data, and financial documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for youth and newcomer programs.
- Assist with coordinating workshops, events, and community outreach initiatives.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to appropriate staff members.

- Support virtual and in‑person meetings by setting up technology, taking minutes, and distributing follow‑up actions.
Qualifications & Requirements
