About This Position
Kindbridge Behavioral Health is hiring a Licensed Therapist with New Jersey licensure to deliver telehealth services for gambling, gaming, and sex/pornography process behavior disorders. This remote position serves clients across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence‑based individual therapy via video conferencing to clients dealing with behavioral addictions and related mental health issues.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress using electronic health records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, high‑quality care.
- Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, HIPAA, and ethical standards.
- Participate in supervision, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted license to practice as a Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) in New Jersey.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience treating gambling, gaming, or sex/pornography process behavior disorders preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with telehealth technology.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to schedule and documentation requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
