Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries for Head Start, Early Head Start, and DOE grant accounts.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and reconcile bank statements, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for funding agencies.
• Assist the Finance Director with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
