Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and accruals ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units.
• Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and resolving findings.
• Maintain compliance with SOX, GAAP, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and project teams to track project costs and profitability.
• Mentor junior accounting staff and oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a regulated or technical industry.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
