Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to healthcare payer clients on implementing TriZetto Elements for Medicare and other government programs.
• Lead enrollment, eligibility, and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate member data.
• Configure system workflows, conduct testing, and troubleshoot issues during go‑live and post‑implementation phases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including developers, business analysts, and project managers—to deliver seamless integrations.
• Develop and deliver training materials, user manuals, and best‑practice documentation for client staff.
• Monitor system performance, generate reports, and recommend optimizations to improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
