Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse process data to identify improvement opportunities and support technology upgrades.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and IT teams to implement data‑driven solutions.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Document findings, create standard operating procedures, and present insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement or utility‑focused projects.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel between Brampton, Barrie or Hamilton as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process‑technology initiatives in the energy sector.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.
