Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and configure SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes within an ECC environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute test scenarios, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide end‑user training, create documentation, and support post‑go‑live hypercare.
• Identify and resolve system issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement enhancements.
• Work closely with SAP Basis, ABAP, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status (no sponsorship available).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SD/OTC within ECC (R/3) environments.
• Strong functional knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, billing, and credit management.
• Proficiency in SAP configuration, custom development, and data migration tools.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in SD or related modules.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in order‑to‑cash processes.
