Job Summary
OREG Management Company LLC is hiring a Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all dining operations at The Springs Resort and Spa in Scottsdale, Maricopa County, US. This senior role combines strategic financial management with guest‑experience leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the food and beverage team across all outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet operations.
- Develop and execute profit‑and‑loss strategies to achieve or exceed the target annual salary of $78,460.04.
- Design menus, pricing, and service concepts that reflect the resort’s upscale brand and the recent expansion of new dining concepts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining the highest quality of food and service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef, marketing, and sales teams to create promotional packages and special events.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and control inventory to optimize cost efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in food and beverage management, with at least 3 years in a director‑level role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and controlling costs in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in menu development, cost control, and staff scheduling.
