Pkaza is seeking a Project Executive Data Center Construction – Owner’s Rep in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. Lead the delivery of mission‑critical data center projects, representing the owner throughout construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Owner’s Representative on large‑scale data center construction projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee all phases of construction from design coordination, permitting, procurement, to commissioning.
• Manage contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical and logistical issues.
• Prepare regular progress reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics for senior leadership.
• Lead project meetings, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience managing data center or mission‑critical facility construction projects.
• Proven track record as an Owner’s Rep or Project Executive on complex, high‑value builds.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems specific to data centers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
