Job Summary

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Jacksonville, Duval County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, expansion analytics, and revenue operations within a global analytics centre of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain predictive models to improve gross and net retention rates.
• Analyze churn drivers and develop actionable insights for renewal and expansion strategies.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data into business‑critical recommendations.
• Build and automate dashboards and reporting tools that enhance forecast confidence and post‑sale execution.
• Lead data‑driven projects that identify upsell opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across all analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in SaaS or technology revenue operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics: retention, churn, renewal, expansion.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to senior stakeholders.

Compensation

Annual salary: $79,122.55 (fixed). Additional benefits include health insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
