Senior Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development and execution of large‑scale workplace interiors, ensuring premium quality and client satisfaction.
• Create compelling design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and detailed construction documents.
• Present design solutions clearly to clients and internal stakeholders, translating ideas into physical space.
• Mentor and guide one junior designer, fostering skill growth and project collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience delivering large‑scale workplace interior projects (30,000 sq ft. +).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑end design excellence and spatial storytelling.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with project budgeting, proposals, and client negotiations.
• On the path to NCIDQ licensure (preferred).
