Job Summary

Williams Companies is seeking an experienced Construction Manager III/Sr to lead large‑scale projects in Green River, Sweetwater County, US. This senior role oversees all phases of construction, ensuring safety, quality, and on‑time delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Lead and mentor on‑site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and performance reporting.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, change orders, and contract administration.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive construction management experience, preferably in energy or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets and complex schedules.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPC contracts, and quality control processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Compensation

Annual salary range: $76,438 – $76,438.
