About This Position
Job Summary
Ten Group is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its London, UK office (hybrid working). You will be the primary liaison between Ten Group and its corporate clients, ensuring service excellence while driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned corporate accounts, handling day‑to‑day enquiries and issue resolution.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to increase satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, supporting the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, service reviews and contract renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including operations, technology and concierge specialists—to deliver seamless, high‑quality experiences.
- Monitor contract compliance, service level agreements and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service offerings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B account management, preferably within lifestyle, concierge or premium service sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, KPIs and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast‑paced team.
