About the Role

As a Venture Partner, you will be at the forefront of innovation, sourcing and evaluating high-potential startups across technology sectors. You’ll leverage your industry expertise and network to identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies. This is a strategic, part-time to full-time position offering significant flexibility while maintaining substantial upside potential through carry in our funds.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate investment opportunities in your area of expertise
• Lead deal flow and conduct thorough due diligence
• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to portfolio companies
• Assist with fundraising efforts and investor relations
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences

Requirements

We’re seeking experienced entrepreneurs, operators, or investors with a proven track record of success in technology sectors. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional judgment, deep industry knowledge, and an extensive network of founders and investors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, executive, or investor in technology
• Successful track record of building or scaling businesses
• Deep expertise in at least one technology sector (AI, fintech, healthtech, etc.)
• Extensive network of founders, operators, and investors
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and assess business opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits

Venture Partners typically receive a competitive annual retainer plus significant upside through carry in the fund’s returns. The estimated compensation range for this position is $150,000 – $300,000 USD annually, plus substantial equity upside based on fund performance. Benefits include health insurance, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to co-invest in portfolio deals.
