What You’ll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Operate a 53’ dry van or flatbed tractor-trailer (automatic or manual shift available) on assigned, predictable routes.
- Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Secure and transport freight safely and efficiently, utilizing provided equipment like liftgates and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic documentation via our user-friendly ELD system.
- Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and safety personnel.
- Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
Requirements
You Are a Perfect Fit If You:
- Hold a valid CDL-A with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Have at least 2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) or dedicated driving experience.
- Are at least 21 years of age and can pass a comprehensive DOT physical.
- Possess a strong safety mindset and a history of responsible driving.
- Are able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Recent CDL graduates with documented training from a reputable school are encouraged to apply for our trainee mentorship program.

Salary Range
$55,000 – $75,000 USD/Year (Based on experience, route, and performance. Includes significant bonus potential.)
- Base Pay: Competitive per-mile rate ($0.60 – $0.75/mile) with guaranteed minimum weekly pay.
- Bonuses: Monthly safety bonus, performance bonus, and referral bonuses.
- Home Time: Guaranteed weekly or bi-weekly home time. Most drivers are home every 5-7 days.
