This is a dedicated route position, meaning you will service the same customers and lanes week after week. Say goodbye to the stress of unknown destinations and inconsistent miles. What You’ll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Operate a 53’ dry van or flatbed tractor-trailer (automatic or manual shift available) on assigned, predictable routes.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Secure and transport freight safely and efficiently, utilizing provided equipment like liftgates and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate logs and electronic documentation via our user-friendly ELD system.
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and safety personnel.
• Adhere strictly to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols.

Requirements

You Are a Perfect Fit If You:

• Hold a valid CDL-A with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
• Have at least 2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) or dedicated driving experience.
• Are at least 21 years of age and can pass a comprehensive DOT physical.
• Possess a strong safety mindset and a history of responsible driving.
• Are able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Recent CDL graduates with documented training from a reputable school are encouraged to apply for our trainee mentorship program.

Salary Range

$55,000 – $75,000 USD/Year (Based on experience, route, and performance. Includes significant bonus potential.)

• Base Pay: Competitive per-mile rate ($0.60 – $0.75/mile) with guaranteed minimum weekly pay.
• Bonuses: Monthly safety bonus, performance bonus, and referral bonuses.
• Home Time: Guaranteed weekly or bi-weekly home time. Most drivers are home every 5-7 days.
• Benefits Package: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days.
• Retirement: 401(k) plan with company match.
• Paid Time Off: Generous vacation and sick days that accrue from day one.
• Equipment: Drive late-model (2-3 years old) Peterbilt or Freightliner trucks with automatic transmissions, APU’s, and premium comfort features.
