Speech-Language Pathologist – <a href="https://wehired.agency/jobs/" style="color:var(--primary-color); font-weight:600;">Remote</a> – Help People Find Their Voice

Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a truly flexible career that fits your lifestyle? Join our growing team of telehealth providers dedicated to delivering high-quality speech and language services from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for compassionate clinicians who are ready to transform lives through effective communication.

Salary Range

$55,000 – $75,000 USD/year

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, clinical setting, and caseload volume. Top performers with specialized certifications often exceed this range significantly.

About the Role

As a fully remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ progress in speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders. Unlike traditional clinic-based positions, this role offers you the freedom to manage your own schedule while still maintaining the rigorous standards of clinical excellence we demand.

Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric and adult populations. You will utilize secure, state-of-the-art telehealth platforms to connect with clients across the nation, ensuring that geography is never a barrier to care. Whether you are working with a toddler on articulation skills or helping an adult regain their voice after a stroke, your expertise will be the cornerstone of their recovery journey.

We believe in evidence-based practice, so you will be encouraged to utilize the latest research and therapeutic techniques to maximize outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress through our user-friendly electronic health records system, and collaborating with families and caregivers to ensure carryover of skills outside of sessions.
