About the Role

Key Responsibilities

You will be the frontline ambassador for our curated collection. Your day involves greeting every customer with genuine warmth, expertly assessing their needs, and presenting product knowledge that builds trust. You’ll master point-of-sale systems, handle transactions with precision, maintain an impeccably organized sales floor, and actively participate in visual merchandising to keep our space inspiring. A key part of the role is building a client book through follow-up, ensuring each visitor feels like a VIP and returns again and again.

Salary Range

You will earn a stable base wage of $17.50 – $20.00 per hour, equivalent to an annual base of approximately $32,000 – $48,000 for full-time hours. On top of this, our uncapped commission structure and performance bonuses mean your total realistic earnings range from $45,000 to $65,000+ USD per year. Your drive directly controls your take-home pay.
