About the Role

What You’ll Do

Hydrologic Modeling & Analysis

Develop and calibrate hydraulic and hydrologic models (HEC‑RAS, SWMM, MODFLOW) to simulate surface water, groundwater, and stormwater behavior under current and future climate scenarios.

Project Leadership & Client Collaboration

Serve as the technical lead on multi‑disciplinary projects, coordinating with planners, environmental scientists, and municipal stakeholders to define scope, schedule, and deliverables.

Regulatory Compliance & Permitting

Prepare permit applications and compliance documentation for Clean Water Act, NPDES, and state water quality regulations, ensuring projects advance without delays.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Licensure

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering (Master’s preferred). Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain licensure within 12 months.

Technical Expertise
