About the Role

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in water resources engineering
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Experience with GIS tools and modeling software
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in hydrologic modeling (HEC-HMS, TR-20, Rational Method)
- Experience with hydraulic modeling (HEC-RAS, SWMM, CulvertMaster)
- Strong knowledge of FEMA floodplain regulations and NFIP requirements
- Understanding of water quality standards and stormwater best management practices
- Excellent technical writing and communication abilities
