About the Role

In this position you will partner with clients ranging from municipal agencies to private utilities to develop integrated water management solutions that address growing demand, aging infrastructure, and climate variability. Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

• Conduct comprehensive watershed assessments and hydrologic simulations using advanced tools such as SWMM, HEC‑RAS, and GIS to evaluate water availability and flood risk.
• Design and size stormwater management systems, drinking water supply networks, and wastewater conveyance solutions that meet regulatory standards and sustainability goals.
• Develop detailed engineering reports, feasibility studies, and cost‑benefit analyses for presentation to clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with civil engineers, environmental scientists, and policy experts to integrate multidisciplinary perspectives into project designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and field technicians, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is strongly preferred, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in water resources planning or hydraulic modeling.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard software including ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling packages.

Compensation
