About the Role

We seek a seasoned professional to join our remote team as a Venture Partner. You will be instrumental in identifying promising early-stage companies, conducting rigorous due diligence, structuring investment deals, and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies. This role demands a proactive, analytical thinker with a proven track record in venture capital or corporate development. You’ll work closely with our investment committee and portfolio founders, shaping the trajectory of innovative ventures.

Requirements

**Proven Experience:** 7+ years in venture capital, corporate venture capital, or private equity, with a demonstrated history of sourcing and executing successful investments.

**Industry Expertise:** Deep understanding of a specific sector (e.g., AI, fintech, healthtech) and the ability to identify disruptive trends and market gaps.

**Network & Sourcing:** Extensive, active network within the target industry and the ability to generate a consistent flow of high-quality deal flow.

**Analytical Rigor:** Strong financial modeling skills, ability to assess market size, competition, and unit economics.

**Communication & Influence:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex investment theses to partners, founders, and limited partners.
