Key Responsibilities

• Source and vet seed-stage startups through your own remote network and digital outreach.
• Mentor portfolio founders via video calls on growth, hiring, and fundraising strategy.
• Lead weekly virtual pitch reviews and present findings to the investment committee.
• Build long-term relationships with angels, accelerators, and remote-first founders worldwide.

Requirements

We are looking for proven operators and connectors who can work independently in a remote setting. You do not need to live near a financial hub—this role is open to residents of any country with reliable internet and a passion for startup ecosystems.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in startups, VC, or founding your own company (remote experience preferred).
• A demonstrable track record of sourcing or backing at least two funded companies.

Salary Range

Based on current industry standards for remote venture roles, we offer a competitive compensation package:

• Base Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 USD/year
• Carried Interest: 0.5% – 1.5% on sourced deals
• Performance Bonus: Up to $20,000 USD annually

Total targeted annual earnings range from $90,000 to $150,000+ USD depending on deal flow and fund performance.
