About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Source and assess early-stage investment opportunities through market research, networking, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals, negotiate terms, and execute investment transactions.
• Mentor portfolio companies by providing strategic advice, operational expertise, and access to your professional network.
• Track market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new investment themes and opportunities.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, pitch events, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, startup operations, or corporate innovation roles.
• Proven ability to identify and nurture high-growth startups, with a strong portfolio of successful investments or exits.
• Extensive network within the startup ecosystem, including founders, investors, accelerators, and service providers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial models, market size, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Range

$120,000 – $200,000 USD/year (base salary + performance bonuses + equity participation). Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
